Vintage plates = little waist!!


So I recently got rid of my stoneware and picked up some vintage plates in their place.
When I prepared my meals and dressed my plate, I noticed that I didn't add as much food since there wasn't as much room.
I was just as filled but not over stuffed.
I'm not a trained professional but I am almost sure that smaller portions = smaller waist lines.
Not only is this super trendy idea, its a fun way to get healthy in the new year!!!
