Romeo & Juliet for Halloween?

As Halloween approaches I am watching Baz Luhrmann's Romeo & Juliet. The costumes, the sets and the passion still makes me fall in love. If there was ever such an extravagant party such as this, I know who I would go dressed as ♥

So I had a dream where I went and got a French Mani and it looked fantastic. When I woke up I decided that would be a fun way to start the day.
I used Hard Candy's "Frenzy" which is an awesome turquoise color and a simple barley there base.
